सोमबार भएको जेनजीहरूको प्रदर्शन हिंसात्मक बनेपछि लेखक राजीनामा दिन बाध्य भएका थिए । सो प्रदर्शनका क्रममा अहिलेसम्म १९ जनाले ज्यान गुमाइसकेका छन् ।
आजै बसेको कांग्रेस पदाधिकारी बैठकमा लेखकले उक्त घटनाको आफूले नैतिक जिम्मेवारी लिनुपर्ने बताउँदै राजीनामा दिने बताएका थिए ।
